How RexyWear Works

A guided, made to order process designed to help you choose confidently and get the right fit the first time.

Start With Finished Gear

Before selecting colors, sizes, or add ons, we encourage you to start by looking at finished examples. Seeing complete collars, harnesses, leashes, and sets helps you decide what you actually want to build.

This step makes the rest of the process easier. Instead of guessing from options, you are starting from something real that already works.

Whether online or in person, this is always the first step.

A Clear Process From Start to Finish

Every RexyWear order follows the same four phase structure. Each phase builds on the previous one so nothing is missed and nothing feels overwhelming.

Below is a closer look at what happens inside each phase and why the order matters.

Phase 1. Choose Your Setup

This phase is about deciding what you are building.

You begin by choosing the type of gear you need, such as a collar, harness, leash, hands free system, or a matching set. At this stage, you are focusing on function and structure, not colors or details.

This is also where you decide between different models and options, such as buckle styles, martingale collars, or harness types. Once the setup is clear, everything else falls into place more easily.

Phase 2. Design Your Look

Once the setup is chosen, you move on to design.

In this phase, you select your primary Biothane color, an optional accent color if applicable, and your hardware finish. You can keep things simple or create a more detailed look depending on your preference.

All color and hardware options are shown clearly so you know exactly how they work together before moving forward.

Phase 3. Build It to Fit

Fit comes after design, not before.

In this phase, you select the appropriate Biothane width and provide measurements based on the product you chose. Measurement requirements are product specific and clearly explained so you know exactly what to measure and how.

This step ensures the gear is comfortable, secure, and sized correctly for your dog.

Phase 4. Personalize and Finalize

Personalization and upgrades come last.

Here you can add name printing, select print colors or styles, choose optional upgrades, or turn individual items into a matching set. These options are always optional and never required.

Once everything is reviewed and confirmed, you place your order and we take it from there.

After Checkout

Every order is reviewed before production begins. If anything needs clarification, we will reach out before moving forward.

Your gear is then made to order from scratch using the selections and measurements you provided. You will receive updates as your order moves through production and shipping.

Designed to Reduce Confusion

Starting with finished examples helps you decide what you want before getting into details.

Choosing structure before colors prevents mistakes. Taking measurements after design ensures accuracy. Leaving add ons until the end keeps the process clear and manageable.

This order is intentional and based on how customization works best.
