Why RexyWear Exists
RexyWear exists to solve a common problem. Most dogs do not fit standard sizing, and most dog owners want gear that lasts longer than a season.

We believe dog gear should be built to fit properly, hold up over time, and feel intentional, not mass produced. Every RexyWear product is made to order so fit, function, and customization are never an afterthought.

Nothing is pulled from a shelf. Every piece starts from scratch.
The Story Behind RexyWear
RexyWear was founded in 2023 by Bassel and inspired by Rexy, a Pomsky who made it clear that standard gear did not work for her size or build.

What began as a search for better fitting gear turned into a brand focused on customization, durability, and care.
​
Rexy still oversees quality control. Bassel handles the rest.
Made to Order, Always
Every order is built only after it is placed. This allows us to focus on accuracy, customization, and quality at every step.

Made to order means your dog’s gear is sized based on real measurements, built in the colors you choose, and finished with hardware selected for both strength and comfort.

It takes more time than pre made gear, but the result is a better fit and a longer lifespan.
Materials That Matter
We work exclusively with genuine Biothane. We do not use PVC substitutes or imitation materials.

Biothane is waterproof, durable, easy to clean, and designed for everyday use in all conditions. It can be repaired rather than replaced, which is why it aligns with how we build and stand behind our products.

Thoughtful Construction
Every design decision serves a purpose.
​
Widths are selected for balance and comfort. Hardware is sized to match the strap. Branding is subtle and permanent. The goal is clean construction that lasts, not decoration that fades.
​
We use Chicago screws instead of permanent rivets throughout our gear. This allows us to access individual parts when something needs to be repaired, replaced, or altered, rather than treating the entire product as disposable.
​
Because movement can cause untreated screws to loosen over time, we apply a tested low-strength removable threadlocker to every Chicago screw during assembly. It helps keep each screw securely in place during regular use while still allowing the hardware to be intentionally unscrewed and reassembled when service is needed.
​
It is a small detail, but an important one. It reflects how we test our products, listen to customer feedback, and continue improving the way RexyWear gear is built.
Our Promise
Dogs live active lives, and their gear should be able to keep up.

If something goes wrong due to craftsmanship or normal use, we will repair or replace it whenever possible. We design with this promise in mind from the start.

Well made gear should not be disposable.
