Shipping and Returns

Shipping
  • Processing Time

    • After your order is placed, we need time to prepare and package your items. Typically, this takes 2 to 3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Available methods, delivery timelines, and pricing are shown at checkout.

  • Shipping Rates

    • Canada

      • Free shipping across Canada on orders $30+. Orders under $30 are charged a flat rate of $14.90.

    • United States

      • Flat rate shipping of $19.90.

    • International

      • Flat rate shipping of $44.90. Additional fees and customs duties may apply outside the country.

  • Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

  • Address Accuracy

    • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. RexyWear is not responsible for lost or delayed items due to incorrect address details.

  • Shipping Limitations

    • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products based on size, weight, or destination.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. Please review the details below so you know what is eligible.

  • Eligible Items

    • We accept returns or exchanges for unused and unworn items in their original packaging.

  • Personalized and Custom Items

    • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.

  • Return Window

    • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Inspection and Refunds

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility. If approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges

    • If you are requesting an exchange, include the replacement product details in your request. Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a return or replacement and cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund.

Repair or Replace Promise

Dogs live real lives, and gear should be able to keep up. If your RexyWear leash or collar gets damaged, we offer a one time free repair or replacement, whenever possible.

  • Two Options

    • Drop off at our corporate office by appointment

    • Ship the item back to us

  • After the First Repair or Replacement

    • If something happens again after the initial repair or replacement, we can still help for a minimal fee. Shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • What Is Not Covered

    • This promise does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse or neglect.
