Fixed project fee of $2,000 to $2,800, depending on experience and final agreed scope.
Role Overview
-
The Social Media and Campaign Manager will lead the digital campaign around the RexyWear Dog Fashion Show.

This role is responsible for turning the event into a visible and engaging public-facing campaign before, during, and after the National Women’s Show. The work will include campaign planning, content calendar creation, posts, reels, stories, captions, audience engagement, dog modeling competition support, event-day coverage, livestream coordination, and post-event content rollout.

This person will be given access to RexyWear’s Instagram account and will be responsible for posting, stories, reels, replying to comments, and replying to messages related to the campaign and event. Product-specific questions should be coordinated with RexyWear operations support when needed.

The ideal person understands how to build excitement online while keeping the brand polished, organized, responsive, and consistent.
Key Responsibilities

Develop the social media campaign strategy for the RexyWear Dog Fashion Show.

Create a content calendar covering pre-event announcements, dog modeling competition, dog reveals, countdowns, behind-the-scenes content, event-day coverage, and post-event recaps.

Plan and manage an interactive dog modeling competition designed to increase engagement and attract attention to RexyWear.

Prepare campaign rules, submission instructions, voting structure, winner announcement plan, and participant messaging.

Create or coordinate Instagram posts, reels, stories, captions, graphics, and short-form content.

Manage audience engagement, including replying to comments, messages, questions, and competition-related interactions.

Coordinate with operations support for product-related questions, sizing questions, order questions, or customer-service questions that require RexyWear input.

Coordinate with the Event Fashion Show Manager to turn show details into social content.

Coordinate with the Photographer and Videographer to create a shot list and ensure required content is captured.

Plan dog reveal content, product feature content, behind-the-scenes content, and runway recap content.

Manage livestream planning and coordination for the 30-minute show where possible.

Support live event coverage during all three show days, including stories, real-time updates, and timely posting.

Organize post-event content into a structured rollout, including recap reels, dog-by-dog highlights, photo posts, and thank-you posts.

Track campaign performance and prepare a short post-campaign summary.

Follow RexyWear’s brand voice, approval process, and account access rules.

The Social Media and Campaign Manager is responsible for making the RexyWear Dog Fashion Show visible, engaging, and valuable as a marketing campaign.

The goal is to increase attention, engagement, follower growth, community participation, content output, and brand recognition around RexyWear’s appearance at the National Women’s Show Toronto 2026.

Reporting Structure

Reports to Bassel Zoueiter, Founder and Owner of RexyWear.

Works closely with the Event Fashion Show Manager, Photographer and Videographer, operations support, and MC where content and show messaging overlap.

The Social Media and Campaign Manager will have access to RexyWear’s Instagram account and will be responsible for managing campaign-related posting and engagement. Final approval on campaign direction, brand-sensitive content, major announcements, and public-facing messaging remains with RexyWear.
Required Background and Experience

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, event, creator, or campaign.

Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, engagement, captions, and community management.

Experience creating content calendars and managing campaign timelines.

Strong writing skills with the ability to sound polished, natural, and brand-aware.

Experience replying to comments and messages professionally.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
-
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
-
Availability during the event period for live coverage and timely posting.
-
Comfort handling brand social media access responsibly.
Recommended Experience
-
Experience with pet brands, fashion brands, lifestyle brands, small businesses, events, or community campaigns.

Experience running contests, competitions, polls, voting campaigns, or interactive social media activations.

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Instagram scheduling tools, or basic video editing.
-
Comfort working around dogs and dog owners.
-
Basic photography, videography, or short-form content creation experience is an asset.
